Alitalia to resume Rome-Tirana flights on July 1

Alitalia’s three times a week connections between Rome and Tirana will resume on July 1, the Italian media informs.  

Alitalia will fly from Rome to Tirana at 5:30pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays with return flights Tirana-Rome on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 7:20am.

Tirana International Airport is part of the 13 new airports where Alitalia restarts its operations in July.

Earlier, Alitalia announced that it will operate over 1,000 weekly flights to 37 destinations in July and that the carrier is all set to increase the number of flights and destinations and resume international services.

Alitalia will operate 60 per cent more flights compared to June. Its aircraft will fly on 52 routes (22 more than June) to 37 airports, including 19 in Italy and 18 abroad. Seats offered in July will grow by 60 per cent compared to the previous month.
