Albania said on Tuesday that the second phase of the repatriations of its nationals stranded in Europe will start on Saturday.
Starting April 18, the country’s flag-carrier “Air Albania” will resume flights from several European destinations, after the nationals contacted the embassies and consulates, requesting to return home.
The government reached an agreement with several hotels in the coastal city of Durres, which will become makeshift quarantine objects for the repatriated, who must stay there 14 days.
The travel package including flight and hotel accommodation can be booked online on Air Albania’s website at reasonable prices, minister of Infrastructure, Belinda Balluku said.
