Ryanair announced 100 new cabin crew jobs for its new Tirana base in Albania. This is part of its continued growth towards carrying 300M passengers by FY34. The growth is supported by strong demand for Ryanair’s low fares, extensive route network, and high-quality service.
Ryanair aims to find the perfect candidates for these new cabin crew roles. In cooperation with its recruitment partners ‘Crewlink’, Ryanair will host a cabin crew recruitment event in Tirana. This event will take place on Tuesday, 18 November. Attendees will learn all about Ryanair, its operations, and what it means to be part of the airline.
This recruitment event will also be attended by some of Ryanair’s Recruitment and Inflight Teams. Attendees will have the unique opportunity to discuss the role with people who have actually done the job. They can ask any questions first hand. Attendees can hear about their experiences as cabin crew at the airline group. They will learn about the benefits that come with the role, including excellent pay packages and discounted travel. This gives crew the opportunity to travel across Ryanair’s industry-leading network of over 235 destinations.
Successful candidates will gain from an industry-leading roster of five days on followed by three days off. They will get competitive salary packages. There is also the opportunity to fast-track their career within Europe’s largest airline.
Over the next 5 years, Ryanair will continue to invest in Albania, incl. up to 6 based planes ($600m invest.), growing to over 5m passengers p.a., opening over 20 new routes. It will support over 4,000 jobs by 2030. This is provided always that Albania maintains its policy of low access costs and zero aviation taxes. These measures are necessary to continue stimulating traffic and tourism growth while increasing investment and jobs.
Further details and event registration are available at airlines’ recruitment page.
